Jake Saul Watkins (JSW) has carved out a serious reputation for himself and picked up a Michelin star at his pint-sized neighbourhood restaurant off Petersfield High Street. Me and the Mrs had an exceptional meal there to celebrate our wedding anniversary but boy did it cost!.
